(5) Johns Hopkins over Hofstra
Colgate over (6) Notre Dame
(3) Syracuse over Canisius
(7) Maryland over Denver
(2) Virginia over Maryland-Baltimore County
Quarterfinals (at Ithaca, NY or Annapolis, MD):
(1) Duke over Ohio State (Ithaca)
(5) Johns Hopkins over (4) North Carolina (Annapolis)
(3) Syracuse over Colgate (Ithaca)
(2) Virginia over (7) Maryland (Annapolis)
Semifinals (Foxborough, MA):
(1) Duke over (5) Johns Hopkins

NCAA Lacrosse PredictionsI knew Navy had a chance in that game. They have the best defense in the nation, and they showed it throughout the game. The bad clear attempt right into the Navy player's pocket with an empty net was the game changer. |

NCAA Lacrosse PredictionsThe UNC game was disgusting, there were several bad decisions made by the goalie, atypical of his progress this year or within his tenure at UNC. Navy played well though and took advantage of their lucky breaks. Navy definitely dictated the pace of that game too, which did not favor UNC. But like Silversword said, I dont really care now, I'd rather someone other than dook, syracuse, or JHU win the title. Dook is probably the favorite, as they took care of business all year and have a very potent attack. |

NCAA Lacrosse PredictionsI really thought Colgate was going to win that game. I had that as my major upset in the tournament, considering Notre Dame had previously won 18 straight home games entering the tournament. I was hoping that Colgate would ride the momentum from the Syracuse into the NCAA Tournament, but it wasn't to be. |
